COMMENTS: Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code (LUC) and Development Standards were addressed. This site review is based upon Development Standards 2-02 (DS 2-02).

1.) A Scenic Corridor Zone (SCZ) has also been submitted for review (T11SA00393). Approval of the SCZ plan is required for final approval of this site plan.

2.) The site is located in the SR zone (LUC Section 2.2.4). The Development Designator for Religious Use in this zone is "6" (LUC Sections 2.2.4.2.C.1 & 3.2.3.2.A). The Perimeter Yard Indicator is FF (LUC Sections 3.2.3.2.A & 3.2.6.4).

3.) Identify the zoning of the adjacent parcels (DS 2-02.2.1.A.28).

4.) Provide the street names on the site plan (DS 2-02.2.1.A.18).

5.) Dimension the right-of-way (ROW). Include the Major Streets and Routes (MS&R) information with the future ROW and curb locations on the site plan (DS 2-02.2.1.A.19). (See comments for the SCZ submittal.)

6.) Provide the existing and future sight visibility triangles (SVTs) on the site plan (DS2-02.2.1.A.10).

7.) Dimension the points of egress and ingress on the site plan (DS 2-02.2.1.A.11).

8.) Provide a dimensioned parking space detail for both the standard and handicapped parking spaces (DS 2-02.2.1.A.8).

9.) Provide the information required for the Scenic Corridor Zone on this site plan. (See the comments for T11SA00393.)
