The following items need to be addressed: SITE PLAN COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.2: Revise the site plan to provide a property and/or legal description. 2) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.8: Provide a copy of the last approved site plan so that the parking layout can be verified along with the correct required number of parking space.
