Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the site plan at this time. The following items need to be addressed: SITE PLAN COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.2: Revise the site plan to provide a property and/or legal description. 2) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.8: Provide a copy of the last approved site plan so that the parking layout can be verified along with the correct required number of parking space. Refer to Zoning comments. 3) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.8: Revise the site plan to provide a dimension for the drive thru exit located at the "DO NOT ENTER" PAAL location. 4) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.8: Revise the site plan to label the wheel stop barriers to accommodate the required 2.5-foot overhang to prevent encroachment or damage to all landscape areas and/or the required clear 4-foot pedestrian path. 5) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.10: Revise the site plan to label and dimension both existing and future Sight Visibility Triangles (SVTs). Verify that the SVTs shown match the last approved site plan and that none of the existing structures fall within the clear line of sight. BUILDING PLAN: 6) Engineering will re-review the building plan with the next site plan submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan.
