TRANSMITTAL DATE: December 12, 2011

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning has reviewed the submitted building plans and it appears that the proposed building plans match the approved site plans. Due to the number of comments by other agencies Zoning will not stamp and approve the plans until the next submittal.

3. Zoning is willing to provide an over-the-counter review once all other agencies have approved. Call or email to schedule the over-the-counter review.
