The building does not have an "attic roof with steel joists", it appears to be a metal building with either lock-seam metal panel or screwed-down metal panels. The building does not appear to have continuous insulation for either the roof or the walls, and cavity insulation is shown only for the walls. No energy calculations are needed for the new office area if the entire building is being shown in the energy calculations. The energy calculation shall be sealed. [Original comment: Provide energy code compliance calculations for the conditioned portion of the building envelope; use the climate zone for Pima County < 4,000 feet. Provide sufficient detail on the drawings to evaluate the energy compliance of the building envelope. The information shall, as a minimum, include U-factors of the envelope systems and fenestration components, along with the R-values of the insulation and the SHGC for the fenestration.
