On sheet A0.0, General Building Summary (Existing Building) enumerated under the BUILDING column is "Addition to Exist Manfu Building" and the actual size is 53,940 s.f. In an effort to confirm the actual size of the addition, building dimensions were researched through out all the sheets of the submitted construction document "Permit Set" and no building dimensions were found. a. Please provide actual building dimensions on the architectural and structural drawings. b. Dimensions are shown on the Metal Building Shop Drawings that when calculated provides a total new addition s.f. of 28,800 including the covered loading dock. This is 800 s.f. more than indicated on sheet A1.0. Please provide an accurate square footage summary showing existing building, new addition and covered loading dock. Section 604.8.3 calls for a 42" clearance SHEET S1.0 9. Please provide special inspection certifications as S1.0 and S2.0. 10. Please provide structural details and calculations for: a.
