Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, HR-2 Zone, Development Designator "I", Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard setback is 6'-0" or 2/3 the height of the exterior wall, which ever is greatest.. Based on an exterior wall height of 11'-0" the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed storage addition to the west property line is 7'-4", proposed setback is 4'-0"
