In first submittal comment number 5, it was required that all slopes be shown on the accessible parking detail as per Section 502. Section 502.5 calls for the maxium slopes in all directions be 2% maximum. As per sheet 3, you have a 3.3% slope at the westerly side of the accessible parking space. 2. As per the first submittal comment number 6, all slope requirements for the curb ramp was to be shown. Missing in the detail "PARKING SPACE DETAIL (on sheet C4.1) is the center ramp slope of 1:12 maximum, the parking and aisle area slope as per ICC~ANSI 117.1, Section 406.1, 502.2. Also, reference Note 8 pointing to the ramp, to Sheet 2. END OF REVIEW |
