COMMENTS: The following comments are for the purpose of applying for a variance before the Board of Adjustment.


The site is in the R-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1.). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B). The Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The request for variance is for a reduced front yard setback and driveway length along the east property line.

The minimum setback is twenty (20) feet to the front property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.5.A). The minimum driveway length is eighteen (18) feet to the property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.5.B.2.a). The proposed driveway length is zero (0) feet to the property line.
