Site Plan OK D.D.O. required for: Perimeter yard setbacks from the proposed bath to the west perimeter yard property line.

Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, R-1 Zone, Development Designator "G", Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard setback is 6.0' or 2/3 the height of the exterior wall.
Main House - Arizona Room addition
1. Based on an exterior wall height of 8-6" the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed Arizona Room to the west property line is 6'-0, proposed setback is 4'-6".
Sleeping Quarters - Carport addition
2. Based on an exterior wall height of 8-6" the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed Carport to the east property line is 6'-0, proposed setback is 4'-6".
3. Based on an exterior wall height of 8-6" the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed Carport to the south property line is 6'-0, proposed setback is 5'-6". Roof overhang of 3'-6" proposed therefore setback is measured to max of 2'-0" of roof overhang.
