West Wing Addition to TMC

Provide following information in order to complete review:

1. It is my understanding that these plans are submitted in order to obtain a permit for the shell building of the West Wing. This is to include all electrical equipment concerning the distribution system for the shell. In review of the plans I find a complete one line diagram showing the distribution begining on Sheet E1201.1 thur E1205.1, and some locations on E315.1 1st floor Electrical Room. The one line diagram shown on Sheets E1200.1, E1201.1, E1202.1,
E1203.1, E1204.1 and El205.1 appears to be complete, however not all equipment is shown on the electrical
floor plans. All Switchgear Distribution Centers, transformers, panels, UPS, Imaging, and other electrical equipment are required to be shown for location. Please provide a floor by floor plan showing all electrical equipment shown on the one line diagram.
Commercial Submittal Requirements for the City of Tucson request the following on the floor plans:
A. Location of all outlets, fixtures, switches, appliances, panels, motors, disconnects, electrical equipment and service.
B. Assign circuit and feeder identification to electrical equipment along with conductor and conduit requirements.
The floor plans also allows for the reviewer to check
clearances about electrical equipment.
2. Provide a fault current anyslis for electrical equipment.
3. Provide a short detailed discription of how the service
complies with 2005 NEC 517.17 , with existing and new service and feeders.
4. Sheet E315.1 shows the Fire Pump location, Sheet
E1201.1 shows the feeder and OCP. Provide a specification sheet on the Fire Controller, and indicate on this sheet "Installation to comply with NFPA 20".
5. Sheet E1201.1, ATS-2 used twice, one should be ATS-3.
6. Sheet E1200.1, AST-1 shown feeding Distribution Pnl DR-81LLS with 4 1/0's,6 grd, should be 4 600kcmil's,2grd.
7. Sheet E1202.1, CHWP 1 and 2, HWP 1 and 2, at 77 and 52 amps are fused at 30 and 20 amps. How does the VFD
do this ?
8.Sheet E315.1, how will the two 400 amp CB's and the 1200 amp CB's for the transformers have the required clearance in front of them ?
9. Sheet E-315.1, one of the 500 kva transformers should be
identified as T-DR83-PB.
