10. Verify that the horizontal portions of the plumbing vents do not exceed 1/3 of the total allowable vent length shown in Table 7-5, UPC 2006.
11. The rim elevation of the next upstream sanitary manhole (MH-8, 2382.27') is less than 12" below the first floor elevation (2382.90'). Provide a backwater valve per Section 710.1, UPC 2006, as amended by the City of Tucson.

14. Provide vent piping of sufficient size to comply with Section 904.1, UPC 2006. Vents located upstream from pumps, ejectors, backwater valves, or other devices that obstruct the free flow of gases between the building sewer and the outside atmosphere shall not be used for meeting the required cross-sectional vent area.
15. Clarify how the specified industrial waste interceptor complies with the requirements of Section 1017.1, UPC 2006 which requires the installation of an oil or flammable liquid interceptor.
16. Gravity grease interceptors shall be vented on the sewer side of the interceptor. Reference: Section 1009.4, UPC 2006.
17. Show all of the natural gas-fired equipment served by the natural gas piping system; provide all of the connected loads and the developed lengths from the meter to the gas-fired appliances. If using Table 12-8, UPC 2006, the value in the Length column for the main gas line shall be greater than or equal to the length of pipe from the meter to the furthest gas outlet. Clarify the gas requirements for the ("Single Packaged Air Conditioner Gas/Electric") rooftop unit, RTU-1. Reference: Sections 103.2.3, 1209.1.1, and 1209.1.2, UPC 2006.
18. If the manufacturer does not incorporate a sediment trap ("dirt leg") within the gas-fired equipment, provide a sediment trap as close to the equipment (UH-1, UH-2, RTU-1, and EC-2) as possible. Reference: Section 1212.7, UPC 2006.

1. Please provide information on the 13.8KW EUSERC Service in the form of a specification sheet.
2. Notate on Sheet E4.1 that the 1200 AMP Service MCS SES will be tested in acordance with 2005 NEC 230.95, and written documentation to be provided to the AHJ .
3. Indicate on Sheet E3.1 that egress doors to electrical equipment rooms to comply with NEC 110.26(C)2.
4. There is not sufficient information to review the OCS System, this system should either be notated on plan that it is to be seperately reviewed under a different permit in the future, or provide sufficient information in order to review.
5. The TPSS Building appears to be a type of Manufactured Building with the equipment already built in, if this is the case would this building be supported by a National Listing or such?
