The transformer needs to show that it will be grounded per 250-32 NEC, and size of conductor used to ground. 3. The Main disconnects coming off the 600 amp CT enclosure need to have a grounded conductor brought to them per 250.24(C) NEC. The plans just show 3 phase conductors and a ground.
