The second service being supplied from Building 1974 to Building1956 does not comply with 2005 NEC 230.2(D) as noted on Sheet E4.0. The service supplied is the same voltage, 120/208 3 phase as feeding the buiilding currently. The difference is that the sevice once on the building is transformed into a different voltage (277/480v). The service entrance conductors to the building are required to be of a different voltage.
