Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, R-1 Zone, Development Designator "G", Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard setback is 6.0' or 2/3 the height of the exterior wall. 1. Based on an exterior wall height of less than 11.75" the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed room addition to the west property line is 7.53', proposed setback is 6.0'. As the exterior wall heights were not provided on the plan the 11.75' was scaled off of the provided drawings.
