The Development Designator for a single-family residence (SFR) the HR-3 zone is "I" (LUC Sections 2.3.6.2.A.1 & 3.2.3.1.B). The Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The required setback to an interior lot line equals the setback of each wall (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The height of the SFR facing the east property line is thirteen (13) feet. The required setback equals the height of thirteen (13) feet (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.6.4). The proposed setback is three (3) feet, six (6) inches to the north property.
