Comment revision. This Site requires a DDO for the setbacks to the south property lines for a garage addition. This site is in the R-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to the south property line is the greater of six feet or two-thirds the height of the structure's wall facing the property line. The wall height facing the south property line is ten (10) feet, six (6) inches. The minimum setback to the south property line is seven (7) feet (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The proposed setback is three (3) feet, four (4) inches at the center point and one (1) foot, six (6) inches at the nearest point. |
