TRANSMITTAL DATE: October 19, 2011

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for the areas of expansion and any changes to the site.

2. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.9 The Short Term bicycle parking location does not appear to meet the requirements of LUC Section3.3.9.3.B

3. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.9 The Short Term bicycle parking detail does not meet the requirements of LUC Section 3.3.9.2.B.

4. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.9 As Development Standard 2-09.0 is no longer applicable remove all references from the plans.

5. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.4 The Long Term bicycle parking calculation is not correct. Per LUC Section 3.3.8.2.B Retail Trade Use Group, Vehicle Rental and Sales, 1 space per 12,000 sq. ft. GFA. Minimum is 2 spaces. Based on 13,662 sq. ft building the Minimum number of 2 is the required.

6. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.6 Zoning was not able to locate the percent of building expansion on the site plan.

7. Depending on how the above comments are addressed additional comments may be forth coming.
