08/04/2011 RONALD BROWN H/C SITE REVIEW Denied 1. Please provide the latest aopproved site development plan showing all existing approved accessible marked crossings, passenger loading zones, parking, ramps and connecting accessible routes.
a. From the aerial photos, there appears to be an existing passenger loading zone that is not replaced with the new design. Please provide an accessible loading zone as per the 2006 IBC, Section 1106.7 and ICC/ANSI 117.1, Section 503.
b. There also appears to be two marked crossings providing access to the accessible parking that are being modified in the new design but not being fully brought up to code compliance. Please provide new painted marked crossings and detectable warnings at both end of the marked crossings. Please confirm that any existing ramps are in compliance with the ICC/ANSI 117.1, Sections 405 or 406 as applicable.
