The building plans must be approved by the PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers first.

Also, there appears to be an additional site plan attached to the building plans. It is suggested that the approved site plan be attached and incorporated with the building plan set.

Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal and if applicable approve the plans if the commercial plans reviewers approve the overall building plans. Zoning is willing to review and approve the building plans over the counter when the commercial plans reviewers have approved and stamped the building plans.
