1. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.5.A, R-1 Zone, Development Designator "G", Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard setback is 6'-0" or 2/3 the exterior building wall height, which ever is greatest. Base on a wall height of 17'-8" the required perimeter yard setback is 11'-9", proposed setback is 3'-0".
