If this is an F2 a fire separation will be required to the A3 occupancy next door. Provide new area calculations for the new occupancies. The information on this sheet shows an increase for sprinklers. This is only allowable if the building is fully sprinklered.

2. reference 304 2006 upc. connections to plumbing system required. only fixtures listed in chapter eight may be indirectly wasted. hand sinks to be directly connected to sanitary drain. three and four compartment sinks are to be directly connected to sanitary sewer unless one bowl is used for vegetable prep, or used as a sanitizing bowl, then that bowl is to be indirectly wasted. 3. provide the existing roof drains and overflow drains for reference. show where and how they terminate.
