COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


The site is located in the RX-2 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.3.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "F" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.A). The Perimeter Yard Indicator is BB (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

Two garage additions are proposed on the north and south sides of the single-family residence (SFR). The minimum required setback is twenty (20) feet to any interior lot line (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). DDO review and approval is required for the proposed setbacks to both the north and the south property lines. The propose setbacks are five (5) feet to both property lines.
