The new service being created for this space cannot be spliced into the existing pull box, the existing service entrance conductors are already designated for a run to the existing service, if there was an available CT enclousure of sufficient capacity, the tie could be accomplished at this point. This Jurisdiction does not allow splices for different meters in a pull box. The utility company would also have issues with this, if there is no available CT enclosure to tie into, the new service would have to be tied into the Utility Transformer.
