Comments: The plan has to be revised to include the following data.

a. Revise the Existing and proposed use notes to include "Civic USE Group" and the land use group should be revised to Cultural - Museum.

b. The parking calculations have been listed based on the revised ratios at 1 space per 300 GFA. When an if using the new ratios the new bicycle parking ratios must be used as well and the number of facilities must be provided per the new ratios. Draw, label and dimension the required facilities. Include any bicycle facilities detail drawings necessary. List the bicycle parking requirement under the Zoning data information section.

c. List the loading zone requirements under the Zoning data section.

d. Curb access ramps and truncated domes may be required at connection points from the cross walks connecting to the accessible pedestrian system to the caboose exhibit. See the ADA review comments for information on this requirement.

e. Label the width of the new sidewalk area between the storage container and the new exhibit building.

f. Label the width of the painted crosswalks.

The zoning comments are minor and zoning is willing to re-review this plan over the counter with an appointment made ahead of time. If the applicant wishes to have this plan reviewed over the counter please call for an appointment otherwise the plan must be re-submitted for review.

3. Provide a large scale signage detail including "Van Accessible" signage.
4. Insure all slopes for new accessible routes comply with ICC/ANSI 117.1, Section 403.3.
