1. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, R-2 Zone, Development Designator "K", Perimeter Yard Indicator "BB" the required perimeter yard setback is 10.0' or 3/4 the height of the exterior wall. Based on an exterior wall height of 8.67' the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed addition to the west property line is 10.0', proposed setback is 4.0'.
