D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.20 Show all easements of record graphically on the plan along with the recordation information, docket and page/sequence number. 6. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.31 Provide the existing use on the plan as; "FOOD SERVICE "28", SUBJECT TO: SEC. 3.5.4.6.A AND .C." 7. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.1 Provide the gross lot area on the plan. 8. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.2 The provided "Existing building" square footage (sq. ft.) appears to be incorrect. Based on the provided last approved site plan the existing building sq. ft. was listed as 3,760 sq. ft., clarify the difference. 9. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.2 The sq. ft. listed under "SQUARE FOOTAGE" for the "Addition" shows 465 sq. ft. The note on the plan pointing to the addition shows 443 sq. ft, clarify the difference. 10. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.3 Provide a Floor Area Ration (FAR) calculation on the plan that includes the allowed and proposed FAR. 11. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.4 Until comments 8 & 9 are addressed the vehicle parking calculation cannot be verified. 12. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.5 Provide loading space calculation on the plan that includes the required and provided. 13. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.6 Provide a building expansion calculation on the plan. 14.
