This Site requires a DDO for the setbacks to the north and east property lines. This site is in the R-2 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.5.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to the east property line is the greater of six feet or two-thirds the height of the structure's wall facing the east property line. The setback to the north property line equals the height of the structure facing that property line. The minimum required setback to the east property line is six (6) feet, eight (8) inches (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to the north property line is ten (10) feet (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.6.4). The proposed setback is five (5) feet to both property lines. |
