13. Revise the length of the trap arm for the floor drain located in room 141 (Juice Bar) to conform to Table 10-1, UPC 2006. Reference: Section 1002.2, UPC 2006.
14. Revise the size of the roof drains and overflow drains per Table 11-1, UPC 2006 (the maximum roof area for a 3" roof drain is 2147 square feet and the maximum roof area for a 4" roof drain is 4613 square feet). Reference: Section 1106.0, UPC 2006.

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning can not approve the building plan until the development package has been approved.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
