Site Plan OK D.D.O. required for:

1. East perimeter yard from sleeping quarters conversion. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard is 6'-0" or 2/3 the height of the proposed exterior wall. Based on an exterior wall height of 10'-4" the required perimeter yard is 6'-10", proposed perimeter yard is 0'-0".

2. South perimeter yard from proposed sleeping quarters conversion. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard is 6'-0" or 2/3 the height of the proposed exterior wall. Based on an exterior wall height of 10'-4" the required perimeter yard is 6'-10", proposed perimeter yard is 1'-2"
