This site is located in the HO-3 zone (LUC Section 2.4.3). The Development Designator "L" (LUC Section 2.4.3.2.D.1). The Perimeter Yard Indicator is BB (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.C & 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to the interior lot lines to the east, west and south property lines equals the height of the structures walls from the ground level to the top of each wall (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.C & 3.2.6.4). The height of the structure's wall facing the south property line is eleven (11) feet, seven (7) inches. The propose setback is eight (8) feet. The height of the structure's wall facing the west is thirteen (13) feet. The proposed setback is nine (9) feet, six (6) inches. The height of the structure's wall facing the east property line is twelve (12) feet, ten (10) inches. The proposed setback is seven (7) feet. This site is in the HO-3 Zone.
