The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to both the south and east property lines is the greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line. The highest point fo the parapit wall for both direstions is twenty-five (25) feet. The minimum required setback to both the north and east property line is eighteen (18) feet, eight (8) inches (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.6.4). The proposed setback is one (1) foot in both direstions. |
