1. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, R-1 Zone, Development Designator "H", Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard setback is 6.0' or 2/3 the height of the exterior wall. Based on an exterior wall height of 7.58' the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed closet to the west property line is 6.0', proposed setback is 5.0'.
East Building
2. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, R-1 Zone, Development Designator "H", Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard setback is 6.0' or 2/3 the height of the exterior wall. Based on an exterior wall height of 9.67' the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed closet to the west property line is 6.45', proposed setback is 0.75'.
