04/05/2011 DAVID RIVERA ZONING REVIEW Denied 1. Due to comments by review staff it appears that the development package site plan will have to be revised. Ensure that the Architectural site plan in the building package is revised to match the revised development plan.

2. While it appears that the building footprints match the unapproved version of the development plan foot prints the actual dimensions could not be verified. The building footprints on the development package are not dimensioned. Include a copy of the footprints from the development package or include it in the development package for review.

3. Ensure that the bicycle parking facilities are depicted on the first-floor plans sheets where applicable.

4. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for zoning requirements. While zoning finds the building plans in substantial compliance with the not-approved development package site the building plans cannot be approved at this time. All building plans must be approved by all commercial plans reviewers and approval of the development package is required. A copy of the approved and stamped development package must be included with the building plans on the next submittal. Also, there is an appeal to the MDR process pending and that must be addressed (prior to zoning approval).

5. Address zoning and all other comments prior to re-submittal of the building plans.
