2. Zoning can not approve the building plan until the site plan has been approved.

06/06/2011 ROBERT SHERRY WATER REVIEW Denied 1. Comment not resolved. The revised site drawing shows the location of a 2" water meter but it appears to be located on an adjacent parcel. In addition, no reduced pressure backflow preventer assembly is shown. Reference: Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006.
2. Comment not resolved; the plumbing plan still indicates that a 5/8" meter is supplying the proposed church. Provide a letter from Tucson Water confirming that the use of a 5/8" water meter will be allowed for this project (there will be 22 fixture units in the building once the minimum plumbing fixtures are added to the plans which equates to a demand of 15 GPM). Note that this is an A-3 (assembly) occupancy.
