COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This Site requires a DDO for the required setback to the east and west property lines. This site is in the R-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The minimum setback to the west property line equals the height of the structure measured from the ground to the highest point of the structure (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The height is nine (9) feet. The required setback is also nine (9) feet. The proposed setback is six (6) feet.
