The Cell Tower plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. A complete site plan which includes the all parking spaces, locations of dumpsters and loading zones, bicycle parking, and pedestrian sidewalks, 3. Full vehicle parking calculation count which includes the number of required and provided parking spaces, 4. A copy of the last approved site or development plan must accompany the next submittal to verify certain code approved requirements such as vehicle parking, locations of dumpster and loading zones Pedestrian sidewalks etc., 5. Zoning will re-review the Cell Tower plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved Special Exception process. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
