Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken.

SCOPE OF REVIEW:
The scope of this plan review includes architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and energy conservation. The purpose of this review is to verify compliance to the 2006 International Residential Code with local amendments. Other comment references may be derived from additional codes and standards adopted by The City of Tucson. All features have been checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided for review. All portions of this project are assumed to meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. As of 6/12/2007 the City of Tucson has adopted the 2006 IRC. All plan pages should reference this code. Appeal to the Building Official for use of the 2009 or the 2003 codes as referenced.

SECTIONS - DETAILS:
2. Vented frieze boards are only required for attic spaces in need of ventilation. Remove vent note if roof cavity is fully insulated.

PLUMBING PLAN:
3. Provide the maximum developed length of water line from the meter the furthest appliance served, the lowest available pressure, and the diameter of the water service line, P2903.7.
4. Provide a water supply fixture unit schedule for the entire property including existing (waste units provided) P2903.6.

MECHANICAL PLAN:
5. Provide a mechanical equipment specification list to include exhaust fan and mini-split, M1302.1.
6. Show dryer vent size and location for venting to exterior (max 25' w/bend reductions), M1502.2, M1502.6.
ELECTRICAL PLAN:
7. Service panel mounting height and weather head installation must comply with TEP SR305. Center of meter must be within 3'6" and 6'3" above standing surface. Guy wire support is required for masts exceeding 24" above roof line.
8. GFCI protection required at exterior receptacles, E3802.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE
9. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations
10. Provide cut sheets for all FCO fixtures showing the angle of cutoff, light emissions and fixture wattage. All other fixtures are assumed to be unshielded (non-FCO style).
