The minimum setback to the north property line is the greater of ten (10) feet or three-quarters (3/4) the height of the structure's wall, measured from design grade to the heighest point of the wall, facing the property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The wall height is nine (9) feet, four (4) inches. The required setback is ten (10) feet. The proposed setback to the north property line is zero. |
