2. The marked crossing is non-compliant.
a. The 90 degree corner turn is an accessible route located in a hazardous location in the PAAL susceptible to auto back up and roll over. Please redesign your marked crossing for a direct connection to the concrete accessible route in front of the building.
c. The marked crossing must have detectable warnings at both ends as per 2006 IBC, ICC (ANSI 1171.), Section 404.12 and 404.13.
3. The one accessible parking space must be "Van Accessible" as per 2006 IBC, Section 1106.5 and ICC (ANSI 117.1), Section 502. Reference the required width options available.
4. Show location of the accessible parking signage on the site plan and detail. Please show a large scale signage detail.
5. Please show accessible route slope compliance with ICC (ANSI 117.1), Section 403.3.
