This site is in the HO-3 Zone. Historic review is required (LUC Section 2.8.8.2 & 2.8.8.5). This site is located in the HO-3 zone (LUC Section 2.4.3). The Development Designator "L" (LUC Section 2.4.3.2.D.1) for the single-family dwelling (SFR). The Perimeter Yard Indicator is BB (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.C & 3.2.6.4). The Development Designator is "30" for the administrative office (LUC Section 2.4.3.2.A.1). The Peimeter Yard Indicator is DD (LUC section 3.2.3.2.B). The minimum setback to an interior lot line is the height of the structure's wall facing each property line (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.C and 3.2.6.4). The height of the addition facing the west property line along the alley is ten (10) feet, six (6) inches, which equals the required setback. The proposed setback is nine (9) feet.
