4) 1) The landscape border shall be recorded as common area and maintained by the homeowners association (HOA). The subdivision CC&Rs and shall reference the maintenance standards in Sec. 3.7.6. The DSD Director may allow the recording of a public use easement with the subdivision plat in cases where the requirements of this section is the only reason for the creation of an HOA. The public use easement shall require the abutting property owner to install and maintain a landscape border in accordance with the standards in this Division. (Ord. No. 9392, ยง1, 5/22/00). Revise documents to provide and note the required common area, or public use easement.

5) Resvise the NPPO to include the elements of DS 2-15.3.4.A (Preservation and Salvage Plan) & B (Salvage and Mitigation Report)

6) Landscape plans shall include a summary of plants required for mitigation and show their site location
on the landscape plans. Show the total PIP, TOS, required mitigation for each species. Incorporate the required mitigation into the landscape proposal.
