1. Correct the APN for the subject parcel on the aerial photograph overlay.

2. If the bolts attaching stringers to rooftop structure are to be
replaced, add Exhibit 9, Subsection 2(u) to Billboard Note #9.

1. In third bullet of Scope Work, provide depth of the panel sections (in
addition to gauge).

2. Conform the note about light fixture removal from the site to that
contained in the Site Plan (Sheet 1).

3. Provide top and front view detail of the stringer attachment to the
rooftop structure (include cross-section dimensions of the structure
uprights).

4. Clarify if bolts attaching stringers to rooftop structure are to be
replaced, and if so add Exhibit 9, Subsection 2(u) to note below Scope of
Work.

5. In appropriate view or elevation, specify the horizontal spacing
dimensions between the vertical face edges and outer uprights and between
the respective uprights.

6. Provide light mounting detail.

7. Provide standard descriptions of existing lamp and ballast and missing
lighting notes (re point of disconnect and language in Billboard Note #11 on
Sheet 1).

8. In Title Block, revise sheet reference to 2 of 2.

rooftop structure uprights, including cross-section dimensions of the
uprights being attached to (in this instance, adding a text note that
specifies the cross-section dimensions and thickness of the uprights is
sufficient).

3. Revise Scope of Work or add note to Stringer/Face Mounting Detail to
clarify that the bolts attaching stringers to rooftop structure uprights are
to be removed and reinstalled and the total number of connections to be
made.

4. In appropriate view or elevation, specify the horizontal spacing
dimensions between the vertical face edges and outer uprights.

5. Provide Professional Engineer's seal and signature (per Exhibit 12,
Section 1(b)(4)).
