Indicate which of the two face elevations is being depicted (appears to be north from crossover location; rather than add second elevation, the note may indicate that south face configuration is same as to wood sections, aprons and stringers depicted). 3. Indicate on plan sheet reason wood panel section was removed without a permit and the current location of the removed panel section. 4. If plan is approved, staff add notation on permit and/or plan sheet that issuance of permit for replacement of part removed from installed position not to set precedent for other applications where parts have been removed without permit. |
