Add second crossover/handrail to elevation and clarify that elevation is same for both faces (if wood panel sections are to be replaced on both faces; otherwise specify the face). 3. Note specifically which three wood section panels are removed (face side and location on that face side). 4. Indicate on plan sheet reason the three wood panel sections were removed without a permit and the current location of the removed panel sections. 5. If plan is approved, staff add notation on permit and/or plan sheet that issuance of permit for replacement of part removed from installed position not to set precedent for other applications where parts have been removed without permit. |
