The following comments shall be addressed for resubmittal: GRADING PERMIT COMMENTS: 1) For permit processing, address the following comments: a. Entitle plans as "site/grading and drainage plan". b. Include 'yellow card' with resubmittal. c. Add activity number T11BU01146 to the plans and front cover of drainage report. 2) DS Sec.10-02.8.5.1.3 Table 8.1 (page 8.06): Mannings value of 0.016 is used in the capacity analysis for the Railroad Wash. Revise report to assess increase of 100-yr event WSEL using acceptable Mannings value (value less than 0.032 would not be acceptable). Project may not increase the base flood elevation more than one-tenth of a foot per Tucson Code Sec. 26-5.2(5). 3) DS Sec.10-02.2.3.1.2.E.1: Address the following maintenance comments: a. Clarify & specify the name, address, and telephone number of the person(s) and entity responsible for the ownership, operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and liability of drainage improvements described in the drainage report. b. Add note that debris and trash shall be removed by pedestrian access from Railroad Wash. Removal methods shall not include the use of vehicles or construction equipment. No disturbance of existing vegetation, other than trimming, is allowed in the Railroad Wash. 4) DS Sec.10-02.2.3.1.6.A.4.a): On sheet GD-2, provide invert elevation at inlet to existing pipe at end of proposed swale.
