Below are comments for the authorized repair submittal for COT ID# 358 at
4950 East Speedway Boulevard (T11BU00879).

1. Revise dimensions shown for two lower spacers on west face to match 3" x
4" stringer & existing (6" x 4" x 1").

2. Revise Typical Section thru Sign to show spacer widths and top and bottom
stringers protruding further from beam than the middle four stringers and/or
add appropriate details.

3. Indicate elevation shown as east face with wood trim configuration being
noted as for east face existing & replacement and as for west face
replacement; add west face elevation to show existing fiberglass trim with
45 degree mitered corners.

4. Provide correct dimensions of existing fiberglass trim (noting dimensions
as outer edge).

5. Provide depth dimension for west face panel sections.

6. There do not appear existing attachments of Z-clips to the wood
stringers; clarify like to like attachment and only where existing.
