Sheet 1 of 2 No comments. Sheet 2 of 2 1. Revise north face elevation to show as north and south face wood trim replacements; add elevation to show north and south face existing metal trim with 45 degree mitered corners. 2. Add note that length dimension provided for existing metal trim in Scope of Work is for outer edge (inner edge is 11' 4"). 3. Revise dimensions shown for south face lower spacers to match 3" x 4" stringer & existing (6" x 4" x 1"). 4. Revise dimensions shown for north face spacers; the width of the lower spacers should be 4" to match existing; the standard depth for both upper and lower should be 1", but existing is shimmed out as a double set, apparently to account for warpage of the stringers above; clarify why the 2 1/2" depth is specified and if installation is otherwise standard specify 1" depth. 5. Revise Typical Section thru Sign to show spacer depth and top and bottom stringers protruding further from beam than the middle four stringers and/or add appropriate details. 6. Add depth dimensions for face panel sections. 7. Revise diameter of carriage bolts attaching wood trim from 1/2" to standard 1/4". Sign Code Admin Comment: The west edge of the billboard abuts South Nogales Highway right-of-way. 1) All work and access to the billboard must occur east of the billboard's west edge, or 2) Obtain temporary revocable easement from the the City for such work or access that may occur in the South Nogales Highway right-of-way, or 3) Add the following billboard note: "Clear Channel, in consideration of the issuance of permit No. T11BU00878, hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Tucson, its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims of negligence and any related award or damages, and attorney's fees expended in the defense of any claim, resulting from or related to work performed pursuant to this permit." |
