TMM Family Services Grading Plan Comments:

1- Provide the correct Grading Plan Case Number (i.e. T11BU00762) on every sheet.
2- Provide the Development Plan Case Number (i.e. D10-0019) on every sheet.
3- Show the tie to the Basis of Bearing.
4- Show the basis of elevation on the plan.
5- Provide the cut and fill quantities if applicable.
6- Show and label the actual grading limits. Include the grading limits symbol in the legend.
7- Show additional grades within the parking stalls, and the no parking area west of the trash enclosure.
8- Show how the trash enclosure drains.
9- Revise Grading Note #17 to read as follows:

"CALL FOR SWPPP INSPECTION AND PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETINGS. FOR A PDSD ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS, CALL IVR (740-6970), OR SCHEDULE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT, OR CONTACT DSD ENGINEERING AT 791-5550 EXTENSION 2101, OR SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS ONLINE AT: http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/inspections".

10- Revise all references to "Development Services Department" and "DSD" to "Planning and Development Services Department" and "PDSD".
11- Add the following general note:

a. The contractor shall remove the fine materials from the bottom of the water harvesting basins and scarify the basin bottoms once the construction activities are completed in order to remove any fine material build up caused by construction and to restore soil percolation. Install BMP's at the basin inlet(s) to prevent the fines from entering the basin.

12- Provide the radii for all proposed curb curves.
13- Show, on the plan, the location of Key Note 37.
14- The Grading Plan cannot be approved until the structural review is approved.
15- Resubmit the redlined copy and provide a detailed response letter, with the next submittal, that explains how the comments were addressed and references the exact locations/sheets where the revisions were made.

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The grading plans appear to match the development plan. Please submit one copy of the approved and stamped Development Plan, Landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.
