RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP

The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Report (DR) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:
1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP.
2. A FUP (floodplain Use Permit) is required for any disturbance or construction in the regulated (>100 cfs) floodplain. Submit the FUP along with the GP re-submittal.
3. Change all notes for water harvesting basins to a maximum of 6" not a minimum of 6". Change note to: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting".
4. Show details of all rip-rapped areas and remove the note that reads all rip-rap is not shown for clarity. Rip-rap shall be shown for construction purposes.
5. Show a detail of the 6" wedge curb. COT SD 209 does not have a 6" wedge curb.
6. Call out all details with "COT" along with the standard detail number.
7. List administrative address/site address on plans.
8. List the GP number (T11BU00615) on all sheets.
9. Please show the proposed roof drainage patterns, 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks including any other site drainage as well. Please provide supporting calculations to demonstrate compliance with D.S. 3-01.4.4. If the location(s) of the roof scuppers and/or sidewalk scuppers have not yet been decided, a general note indicating sidewalk scuppers will be used when the roof drain/sidewalk scupper locations have been designed and located will suffice.
10. Show details of all surface materials.
11. A permit or a private improvement agreement might be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information.
12. Call out the names of all washes.
13. Show the 100-year flood peak discharge.
14. Call out all slopes and stabilization material (concrete, riprap, gabbions or vegetation).
15. Slopes of 3H: 1V require hand placed riprap.
16. Slopes of 2H: 1V or greater require grouted riprap.
17. Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line.
18. Flow arrows, grades and flow rates within and adjacent to site to show drainage scheme.
19. Call out peak discharges entering and exiting the site.
20. Show details of all surface and subsurface drainage devices.

Drainage report:
1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the DR.
2. Demonstrate all weather access at the Houghton Rd. entrance at the NE corner of the site.
3. A FUP (floodplain Use Permit) is required for any disturbance or construction in the regulated (>100 cfs) floodplain. Submit the FUP along with the GP re-submittal.
4. Show the project address on the cover of the Hydrology report.
5. Add the basin(s) maintenance responsibility note and checklist per S.M.D.D.F.M. 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2.

Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan:
1. The SWPPP has been accepted by the engineering division. Subsequent changes may occur depending on the revisions made to the plan.
