Sheet 1 of 2 1. Clarify the method by which the three elevations in the Sign Elevation Table were determined, including instruments and monuments used. 2. Clarify the location of the freeway elevation provided, both laterally along the freeway and perpendicular to the freeway lanes (the aerial appears to show the elevation on the shoulder rather than on the outer strip of the through travel lane and somewhat to the south of the lateral point most adjacent to the billboard center). Sheet 2 of 2 1. Specify the elevation above base grade that the bottom cut to the column pipe is to be made (finished elevation of the butt weld). 2. Add notation that removed column pipe segment not be removed from the site and remain in the immediate vicinity of the billboard until final inspection approval is granted. 3. Delete the tek screws attaching Z-clips to stringers or clarify the extent to which any are existing. |
